I'm a happily married well padded woman. I'm starting Atkins to see how that way of eating works for me, a type-2 Diabetic. Oh, I love to cook! I have 2 four footed children and a fiesty ol' seadog husband I call Captain Ben. I call him Skully when he's being fiesty and funny. My dogs Little Miss and Skully are always snoring by my side. My children are all grown with their own families now, so old Mom feels lonely way out here in the west when the totality of my families are in the Midwest and further east.
